We partnered with Tachar Company and the National Gaming Foundation, with support from Pishgaman ISP, to develop and launch INTERLAN Network—a platform that enables gamers to play LAN games over the internet. While the project might appear simple at first glance, it required overcoming significant technical challenges to ensure stability and performance for real-time gaming.
Key Challenges and Solutions:
- Network Stability and Speed: Real-time gaming demands low latency and high network stability. Working closely with Pishgaman ISP, we designed a robust network infrastructure and deployed high-performance servers to ensure smooth and uninterrupted gaming experiences, even under heavy traffic conditions.
- Game Patching and Updates: One of the technical hurdles was managing frequent game patching and updates across multiple game titles. We implemented an automated patching system that ensured all games remained up-to-date without requiring manual intervention from users, improving the overall experience.
- Accounting and User Management: Managing player accounts and game access was another critical aspect of the project. We developed an accounting system that tracks user activity, handles payments, and ensures a seamless experience for players, simplifying the administrative side of running the platform.
Launch and Impact:
The project was successfully launched during the opening ceremony of Parvaz Complex in Isfahan, marking a significant milestone in the gaming community. INTERLAN Network has provided gamers with the ability to enjoy the benefits of LAN gaming, such as low latency and high-speed connections, but with the convenience of playing over the internet. This platform has not only enhanced the gaming experience but also helped strengthen the local gaming community by providing a reliable and feature-rich environment for competitive play.
